Happiness done by Professor Martin Seligman, and his own approach to Buddhism.Although he doesn't mention it in this talk Chris has a wonderfully pragmatic view of free will. We should regard other
people as being substantially predestined, he says, so that we can be more forgiving of them. But we should regard ourselves as responsible for our own actions. The picture is of the full moon rising
